We have talked A LOT about "Crazy Love" the past several months at our church. Our family has been shown extreme Crazy Love by our church family has they have blessed beyond measure with their gifts (in many different forms), encouragement, support and prayers since the beginning of our adoption process and it still continues! We never dreamed it was possible to be so incredibly blessed.
My friend, Stephanie, who adopted 2 precious boys from Elijah's orphanage this summer, has "Crazy Love" too. She has Crazy Love for her Savior, her husband and family of 11 children, the orphans left behind and a sweet little girl named Masha. See, Masha is still at that place. That place that Theo, Zhen and Elijah no longer call "home". She NEEDS a family ASAP! See, she just turned 4 years old and could be transferred at anytime. The biggest obstacle standing in the way of families adopting is money. Stephanie has been advocating for Masha this month and trying to raise a FULL grant for her! Remember Tori? Yep, it happened for her, thanks in part to Stephanie's advocacy efforts. (By the way, Tori's mama and papa are going for her in a few days! YAY!!!!) We are praying it can happen for Masha too!
Please feel free to check out Stephanie's blog (scroll on down through and then go to older posts too) to find out more info on the great give-away she has going on right now. Your name will be entered in the drawing one time for every $5 donated towards Masha's "ransom". She is even giving away a copy of "Crazy Love" by Francis Chan, among some other beautiful things! Please pray about how you can help Masha. Thank you for your consideration.
