It was our first day of taking the bus. We were a little late for our visit. Oops! The bus ride went fine though. We just need to allow more time to get there. He was already outside, so took him out of the stroller for a walk. We played ball, swung, and went up and down the slide.
As we were walking around the orphanage grounds, it reminded me a lot of camping in WI – little grass lots of pine needles. The orphanage land is covered with pine trees.
After just one or two visits, Elijah signed mama and papa! He’s a smart little guy! But of course, he wouldn’t do it again for the camera.

During our afternoon, we went to check out different apt that is a little bigger since we may have company. :) It was very nice, but a couple more blocks off the beaten path. We will move on Monday.
Our afternoon visit went well too. We were a little late again…need to leave 20 min earlier as the bus schedule is unpredictable and the time it takes to get there varies as well. We were able to visit with Elijah in the play room. It’s only our 2nd time in there and it’s getting pretty hard to keep him entertained. I still have a few more toys I haven’t brought in yet though.

Elijah enjoyed being pulled back and forth in the wagon for awhile. He chased ball a bit and actually snuggled in with Pat at the end. His eyes were watering a bit and his nose started running a little bit too. Hope he’s not getting sick. :-( (He was fine the next day.)
